Pricing and Payment Policies

 

  • Basic Rate for listed services range from $25 to $40 per hour. Each project is unique, so we encourage you to contact LampStone Office Solutions for a thorough analysis and estimate of your project cost.

  • All pricing is for time devoted to the task. So, if your project requires 4 hours of work, you will be billed only for 4 hours. Additional expenses, such as materials, supplies, and postage, will be billed at cost.

  • The minimum amount billed for any request will be for one half-hour at the project rate.

  • A surcharge of 20% of the billable hours will be added for week-end and RUSH jobs (requiring less than 24 hours turnaround).

  • The basic rate does not include the cost of materials, supplies, and postage. You are welcome to provide your own materials.

  • Project estimates will be provided following an initial review/consultation. If you accept the estimate agreement, it will be forwarded to you for your signature. A copy of this agreement will be signed by LampStone Office Solutions and returned to you for your files.

  • The signed agreement and a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total must be received by LampStone Office Solutions prior to starting your project, unless different arrangements are made and noted in signed agreement.

  • The final invoice will be based on the actual project elements. Significant differences between the estimated total and the actual requirements will be discussed with you prior to completing the work.

  • Invoice for the balance due will be provided when a project is completed. Payment is due upon receipt.

  • Long-term agreements will be billed monthly. Payment is due in 15 days.

  • VIP discounts are available to qualified customers.

  • In the event that the client decides the work is no longer needed and/or the work is not picked up, client must accept complete responsibility for full payment of total charges for work covered in the signed agreement.

  • Payment Options: We accept personal checks, business checks and money orders. For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments using Visa/Mastercard via PayPal Online Payment Service. It's easy! Just click on the PayPal button for information and details.
